We act as a service provider/processor for those relationships and our use of that data is governed by our customer agreements. The customer will  be responsible for  there own  data handling.

We keep records for tax purposes for 6 years.

You may also opt out from receiving commercial emails and any other promotional communications that we may send to you from time to time, by emailing aptiserve@gmail.com
  • If you use one of our mobile applications, with your permission, we may send push notifications to your mobile device. You can deactivate these notifications at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial emails from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take some time for us to process your request and you may receive promotional communications from us that you have opted out from during that period, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding our Services.

We do perform  DPIA’s A DPIA is a process designed to help you systematically analyse, identify and minimise the data protection risks of a project or plan. It is a key part of your accountability obligations under the UK GDPR  once you sign up to our services we will implement a DPIA  for your given project.
